Websites for financial advisors, financial planners, and independent financial service providers—that build trust before the first meeting even takes place.
For wealth advisors, financial planners, and independent financial service providers, having their own website is the most important tool for building trust today. Potential clients research you online before scheduling an initial consultation—those who fail to make a good impression or simply can’t be found online will lose clients to competitors with a more professional online presence.
As a web designer and WordPress freelancer, I develop websites for financial advisors that credibly convey professionalism, expertise, and discretion—built using Elementor Pro. The result is a clear, trustworthy online presence: a well-organized overview of your services, your advisory philosophy, GDPR-compliant contact options, and a structure that guides prospective clients directly to an initial consultation.
This is complemented by targeted search engine optimization for relevant search queries such as “financial advisor Berlin” or “independent financial advisor Mitte”—in collaboration with specialists such as SEO Freundlich, if desired. This ensures that you’ll be found exactly where your target clients are actively searching.
In addition to this sample web design, you'll find examples of work I've created in collaboration with clients, here.
Design and development using WordPress and Elementor Pro—professional, clear, and tailored to your target audience. No templates—just a website that reflects your consulting philosophy.
Targeted optimization for search queries such as “financial advisor Berlin” or “independent financial advisor Charlottenburg”—so that you’ll be found when prospective clients are actively searching.
Contact forms, appointment scheduling, and newsletter integration—set up in a legally compliant manner, in accordance with data protection regulations, and designed to encourage prospective customers to take the next step.
Fast loading times, optimized for mobile, structured data for Google—a technically flawless website is the foundation for good search rankings and a professional image.
Updates, security backups, new content, and SEO monitoring—I’ll keep your website up to date and secure so you can focus on your clients.
Today, almost any website requirement can be met based on your needs and requirements. Just ask.
1. Analysis & positioning. In an initial conversation — via video call or on site in Berlin — we’ll clarify your target group, your fee models (fee-based advice, §34h, §34f), and your firm’s compliance requirements. Which clients would you like to win? Which topics lead in your advisory work? This clarity is the basis for a web design that later brings truly qualified inquiries — not just clicks.
2. Concept & web design draft. Based on your positioning, I’ll develop an initial web design concept with one to three sample pages. Here you’ll already see concretely how your homepage, a services page, and the initial-consultation funnel will look. We’ll coordinate color world, imagery, and tone — serious, trustworthy, without finance clichés. At this point I issue the first partial invoice.
3. Implementation using WordPress & Elementor Pro. I’ll build your website based on the approved concept: all service pages, your advisory philosophy, the about-me, GDPR-compliant contact forms and — if desired — appointment booking and client portal integration. Mobile optimization and loading speed are a matter of course. On request, you’ll receive training so you can maintain content yourself later.
4. SEO, Security & Launch. Before go-live, I’ll set up a backup system, hacking protection, page speed optimization, and all GDPR requirements. Local SEO on “Vermögensberater Berlin” and related search terms is integrated, and redirects for old URLs are created so no ranking is lost. Then we go live together. For ongoing maintenance, content additions, or new landing pages, I’m available on an hourly basis or as a support package.

I provide GDPR-compliant forms, cookie consent, and legally compliant legal notice and privacy policy pages. I recommend working with your compliance officer or attorney to review the content for compliance with BaFin requirements or mandatory disclosures under professional regulations.
Typically 4–6 weeks from kickoff to launch. After an initial meeting, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining the timeline—including feedback sessions and final acceptance.
