How quickly can you help with a WordPress emergency?
I prioritize urgent inquiries and will get back to you as soon as possible with an initial assessment. How quickly the issue is resolved depends on the problem and my current availability—the more specific your description, the faster we can resolve it.
How much does WordPress support cost?
Billing is based on an hourly rate (95 € zzgl. Steuer) per quarter-hour or part thereof, with a minimum charge of one hour. Minor issues are often resolved quickly; for more significant issues, I will provide an estimate of the time required in advance.
Do you need login credentials for my website?
Generally, yes—usually WordPress admin access and, depending on the issue, hosting or FTP access. We'll clarify exactly which access credentials are needed in advance.
Do you also take over websites that you didn't create?
Yes, that's the norm. I familiarize myself with existing WordPress installations—regardless of the theme, page builder, or plugin setup.
Can you restore a crashed or hacked website?
In many cases, yes: first, restore the site from a backup; then, secure it and fix the root cause. The extent to which this is possible depends on the condition of the site and the available backups.
