Projects That Speak for Themselves

Clients make decisions based on references. Large, serene project images with clear typography showcase your signature style at first glance—and attract exactly the kinds of projects that are a good fit for your firm.

Completed Buildings Instead of Renderings

A well-organized project archive featuring photos, key details, and a scope of services brings your work to life. This helps prospective clients understand your expertise even before the first meeting begins.

Clients Who Are a Good Fit for Your Firm

Clearly defined services from LP 1 through 9 and a transparent process help screen inquiries. You’ll be working with clients who understand the value of good planning—rather than just preparing proposals for comparison purposes.

Your Project

Implementation of the WordPress Web Design

Clients looking for an architecture firm first look at the projects—and draw direct conclusions about the firm’s design quality from its website. An outdated or generic website will cost you exactly the kind of inquiries that would be a good fit for your style.

As a web designer and WordPress freelancer, I develop websites for architecture firms—built using Elementor Pro. My focus is on a minimalist, typographically strong design and a project portfolio that lets your buildings speak for themselves rather than merely showcasing them.

Added to this is the clear structure that helps pre-qualify inquiries: service areas and project phases from Phase 1 to 9, your process, and your firm’s profile immediately show clients whether you’re the right fit. I take into account the Chamber of Architects’ guidelines for professional external presentation as well as proper image and copyright considerations.

I provide the technical foundation: fast loading times despite extensive image galleries, a secure, GDPR-compliant platform, and targeted local search engine optimization for “Architect + Your City.” This ensures your firm is found exactly where clients are searching. Do you also design interiors? My web design for interior designers shows what a cohesive online presence looks like.

Everything Your Website Needs

4 Steps to Creating Your Architecture Firm's Website

1. Analysis of the office, projects, and positioning. To start, we’ll identify your areas of focus (residential construction, commercial, existing buildings), your ideal clients, and what sets your firm apart from others—from competitive success to specialization.

2. Concept & Design. You’ll receive one to three sample pages of your future website—featuring a minimalist, typographically strong design and a portfolio that showcases your projects. The remaining pages will be created only after you’ve approved them.

3. Implementation using WordPress & Elementor Pro. I’ll build the homepage, project and services pages, the office section, and the contact page—including a project template for your team to update on their own and training for your team.

4. SEO, Security & Launch. Before the go-live: backup system, hacking protection, page speed optimization for large project images, and a legally compliant foundation. I’ll tailor the local SEO specifically to your region and your key focus areas, and old URLs will be redirected.

The Investment

How much does a website for architects cost?

Transparency from the start: You can choose between a clearly calculated fixed price and flexible billing based on actual work performed. The package includes concept, design, and implementation using WordPress & Elementor Pro—with no hidden costs and no off-the-shelf website builder. Upon request, I can collaborate with an SEO specialist and an SEO copywriter.

The cost depends primarily on the scope—whether a focused office website featuring selected projects is sufficient, or whether a more comprehensive site with a large project archive, a blog, and extensive SEO is desired. As a guide:

Service Price (net)
Office website with project portfolio Starting at €3,000
Comprehensive website with a large project archive and detailed SEO Starting at €4,995
Billing by the hour 100 €/hour
Not sure which package is right for you? During a free initial consultation, we’ll find the right solution for you—including a binding, fixed-price quote.

Yes. Each project gets its own page featuring large-format photos, floor plans, site plans, and key data such as gross floor area, completion date, and scope of work. You can enter new projects yourself using a pre-prepared template.

Depending on the scope and availability of your content, it typically takes about 3 to 6 weeks—from concept development through implementation to launch.

Yes. Using WordPress and Elementor Pro, you can manage new projects, content, and updates yourself. If you’d like, I can provide training, or I can handle the maintenance for you on an hourly basis.

On the contrary: minimalism is a hallmark of quality for architecture websites. White space, typography, and large images draw the eye to your projects—while contact information and an overview of your services remain easy to find. The art lies in striking the right balance, not in leaving things out.

For architects, image rights and copyrights are particularly important: Project photos must have clear usage rights, photographers must be properly credited, and for occupied properties, I ensure that the owners’ consent has been obtained. In addition, the professional title and the relevant professional association must be included in the legal notice, and forms must comply with the GDPR. Legally binding information can be obtained from your attorney or the architectural association; I implement these requirements to the best of my knowledge and in accordance with established practice.
