Stirring Emotions and Building Trust

A willingness to help is fostered through stories and authentic images. A clear, dignified design with powerful visual language immediately conveys what it’s all about—and creates the sense of connection that leads to support.

Show the Impact

What exactly does your project accomplish? A clear overview of your goals, actions, and achievements shows donors and supporters how their contributions are being used—which builds trust and motivation.

Making Donations as Easy as Possible

A clearly visible donation button and a seamless donation process—without any obstacles, featuring visible partners, and with transparency. That’s how interest turns into concrete support.

Implementation of the WordPress Web Design

For nonprofit organizations and aid groups, having their own website is the cornerstone of their public relations efforts: Anyone who wants to support your project, make a donation, or lend a hand will first look for information online. If the website appears cluttered or outdated, trust—and with it, support—is lost.

As a web designer and WordPress freelancer, I develop websites for aid organizations, associations, and fundraising projects—all built using Elementor Pro. My focus is on creating a dignified visual style, clearly showcasing your impact, and providing a simple way to donate.

The willingness to donate stems from trust and real stories. That’s why I highlight your projects, goals, and achievements, showcase your partners and your commitment to transparency, and create clear pathways for people to get involved—whether by donating, providing support, or volunteering. Available in multiple languages upon request, so you can reach international supporters as well.

To ensure that all of this works from a technical standpoint, I make sure the site loads quickly, has a secure, GDPR-compliant foundation, and features solid search engine optimization. This way, your organization will be found and supported exactly where people want to help.

4 Steps to Creating a Website for Your Charitable Organization

1. Analysis of mission, projects, and target audience. To start, we’ll clarify what your organization stands for, which projects and goals are a priority, and who you want to reach—donors, sponsors, volunteers, or partners.

2. Concept & Design. You will receive one to three sample pages of your future website as a basis for discussion—with a focus on dignified visual design, a clear presentation of our impact, and a clearly visible way to donate. The remaining pages will be created only after you give your approval.

3. Implementation using WordPress & Elementor Pro. I’ll build the homepage, the “About Us” page, the “Projects and Goals” section, the donation page, the “News” section, and—if desired—a multilingual structure—all responsive, with high-performance image integration, and, if requested, training on how to maintain the site independently.

4. SEO, Security & Launch. Before the go-live: backup system, hacking protection, page speed optimization, and a GDPR-compliant foundation. I’ll tailor the SEO specifically to your region and your area of focus, and old URLs will be redirected.

How much does a website for a nonprofit organization cost?

Transparency from the start: You can choose between a clearly calculated fixed price and flexible billing based on actual work performed. The package includes concept, design, and implementation using WordPress & Elementor Pro—with no hidden costs and no off-the-shelf website builder. Upon request, I can collaborate with an SEO specialist and an SEO copywriter.

The cost depends primarily on the scope—whether a compact website with a projects and donations section is sufficient, or whether a more extensive, multilingual site is desired. We’re happy to find a fair solution for nonprofit projects. As a general guide:

Service Price (net)
Website with a project and donation section starting at € 3.000
Comprehensive, multilingual website with several sections starting at 4.995 €
Billing by the hour 100 €/hour
Not sure which package is right for you? During a free initial consultation, we’ll find the right solution for you—including a binding, fixed-price quote.
