A website that showcases your home in an inviting way, clearly presents the rooms, and generates direct bookings.
People planning a trip make their decisions online—and hotels are chosen primarily based on photos and reviews. If your website looks outdated or confusing, guests will end up on the major booking sites, and you’ll end up paying a commission instead of renting directly to them.
As a web designer and WordPress freelancer, I develop websites for hotels, boutique hotels, and bed-and-breakfasts—built using Elementor Pro. My focus is on creating an atmospheric visual style, clearly presenting rooms and services, and providing a simple way to book directly.
A strong hotel website draws guests away from booking portals: with enticing photos of the hotel, rooms, and surroundings; clear pricing and packages; a seamless booking process; and—for international guests—multilingual support. This is how you increase the percentage of commission-free direct bookings.
Add to that the technical fundamentals: fast loading times despite large images, a secure, GDPR-compliant foundation, and targeted local search engine optimization tailored to your region and profile. This ensures your property is found exactly where your guests are planning their trip.
In addition to this sample web design, you'll find examples of work I've created in collaboration with clients, here.
An atmospheric, high-quality design that conveys the character of your company—created with Elementor Pro based on your corporate identity.
Room types, packages, and special offers are clearly organized, complete with photos, amenities, and prices—so guests can quickly find the right option.
Integration with popular booking systems for availability and direct booking, so guests can book directly with you—commission-free.
With WPML, you can reach guests from all over the world in their own language—which is important for hotels with an international clientele.
Fast loading times even with large images, local SEO tailored to your region, and a secure, GDPR-compliant foundation.
Today, almost any website requirement can be met based on your needs and requirements. Just ask.
1. Analysis of the house, rooms, and target audience. To start, we’ll clarify your positioning (boutique, wellness, business, or family), your room types and offerings, and your target guests.
2. Concept & Design. You’ll receive one to three sample pages of your future website—with a focus on evocative imagery, a clear presentation of the rooms, and a visible booking button. The remaining pages will be created only after you approve them.
3. Implementation using WordPress & Elementor Pro. I’m building the homepage, room pages, special offers, the dining and wellness section, the location page, and the booking process—all responsive, multilingual upon request, and with training so you can manage the site yourself.
4. SEO, Security & Launch. Before the go-live: backup system, hacking protection, page speed optimization, and a legally compliant foundation. I’ll tailor the local SEO specifically to your region and your profile, and old URLs will be redirected.
The cost depends primarily on the scope of the project—whether a basic website showcasing rooms and services is sufficient, or whether a more comprehensive site with an online booking system and multilingual support is desired. As a general guide:
| Service | Price (net) |
|---|---|
| Hotel website featuring room and special offer information | Starting at € 3.000 |
| Comprehensive website with booking integration and multilingual support | Starting at € 7.500 |
| Billing by the hour | 100 €/hour |
A professionally designed hotel website starts at €3,000 net. For more comprehensive websites featuring a room database, booking integration, and multilingual support, the fixed price starts at €5,000 net. Alternatively, billing by the hour is available.

Depending on the scope and availability of your content, it typically takes about 3 to 6 weeks, from concept through implementation to launch.
Yes. Using WordPress and Elementor Pro, you can manage room listings, prices, and packages yourself. If you’d like, I can provide training, or I can handle the maintenance for you on an hourly basis.
Yes. Using WPML, I'll set up your website to be multilingual—which is important for hotels with international guests.
I design inquiry and booking forms to be GDPR-compliant, with encryption and explicit consent. For bookings, the terms and conditions and cancellation policy are important. Your attorney can provide legally binding information; I implement these forms to the best of my knowledge and in accordance with established practice.
