The Path
4 Steps to Creating a Website for Serviced Apartments
1. Analysis of the concept, location, and guest segment. In our initial consultation, we’ll clarify your serviced apartment concept: a single boutique property or an apartment portfolio; short- or long-term stays; and locations and their advantages (location, transportation links, amenities). Who are your guests—business travelers, workation travelers, relocation guests, or long-stay families? Which booking platforms do you want to continue using, and where can you build up direct bookings as a supplement? This clarity shapes the entire web design.
2. A concept that blends hotel and residential living. You will receive an initial web design concept with sample pages for the homepage, apartment detail page, and booking process. 4. SEO, Security & Launch. Before the go-live: backups, hacking protection, page speed, and GDPR.
