4 Steps to Creating a Website for Vacation Homes & Apartments
1. Analysis of the property, location, and guest segment. In our initial consultation, we’ll clarify your rental offering: a single vacation home, a portfolio of apartments, the region and seasonality, and your target guests—families, couples, workation travelers, or international guests? Which booking platforms are you currently using (Airbnb, Booking, FeWo-direkt), and where would you like to become more independent? 2. A concept with a travel-inspired atmosphere. You’ll receive an initial web design concept with sample pages for the homepage, property detail page, and booking process. First partial invoice upon approval.
3. Implementation using WordPress & Elementor Pro.
