Measurable Success of Your Campaigns

Anyone who invests in Google or Meta ads wants to know how effective they are. A technically well-designed website with tracking that complies with data protection regulations makes it possible to accurately measure the success of your campaigns.

Implementation of the WordPress Web Design

For solar companies and photovoltaic providers, their own website is the key to attracting customers. Anyone considering a solar system first looks for information online—and often decides based on a company’s website which provider to entrust with such a significant investment. If the site looks outdated or confusing, the prospective customer will quickly turn to a competitor.

As a web designer and WordPress freelancer, I develop websites and landing pages for companies in the solar, photovoltaic, and renewable energy sectors that combine technical precision, credibility, and performance. Especially in the solar industry, where a lot of marketing relies on paid ad campaigns, two things are crucial: a site that convinces visitors and leads to inquiries—and a technical foundation that makes the success of these campaigns measurable.

A real-world example is the landing page for Enerix Leipzig, a regional provider of solar power systems. The goal was to create a clearly structured, compelling web design that clearly communicates the benefits of their photovoltaic offerings and is optimally aligned with advertising campaigns. The site was built using WordPress and Elementor Pro, supplemented by a data protection-compliant tracking integration with Google Tag Manager and Borlabs Cookie for precise analysis of campaign performance.

Added to this are the technical fundamentals that determine visibility and conversion today: fast loading times, a clean page structure, GDPR-compliant forms, and—if desired—targeted search engine optimization. This turns your website into a reliable tool that tangibly supports your sales efforts.

4 Steps to Creating a Website for Solar and Photovoltaic Companies

1. Analysis of the business model and target audiences. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss the range of services we offer: residential solar systems, commercial solar systems, energy storage solutions, wallboxes, maintenance, and repairs. Which customers are your target audience—homeowners, farmers, or small and medium-sized businesses? What is your service area? This clarity is the foundation for a website design that specifically attracts qualified inquiries.

2. A concept rooted in the energy industry. You will receive an initial web design concept with sample pages—the home page, a services page (e.g., solar panel system for your home), and the consultation request funnel. The design conveys professional expertise without getting bogged down in technical specifications: modern and innovative, results-oriented, with clear cost-benefit arguments. First partial invoice upon approval.

3. Implementation using WordPress & Elementor Pro. Based on this concept, we will create all service pages, showcase projects with before-and-after images and kWp data, a consultation request funnel, FAQs on KfW subsidies, and guidance on optimizing self-consumption. If desired: PV calculator, subsidy advisor, or appointment scheduling. GDPR-compliant forms and training available upon request.

4. SEO, Security & Launch. Before Go-Live: Backups, Hacking Protection, Page Speed, and GDPR. Local SEO for “Photovoltaics Berlin,” “Solar System Brandenburg,” and related search terms will be implemented, and old URLs will be redirected. Google Business Profile and—if desired—Google Ads setup. You can handle maintenance and add new reference projects yourself, or I can take care of it on an hourly basis.
