A brand website that guides prospective guests to the right accommodations—with a seamlessly integrated booking process, available in multiple languages, and scalable across multiple locations.
The Benefits

High-quality temporary housing thrives on trust and atmosphere. A well-thought-out design that aligns with your brand conveys a sense of quality and reliability to your guests even online.

External booking systems often feel like a foreign element. A booking journey seamlessly integrated into the design, featuring pre-selection filters, guides prospective guests smoothly to the right accommodation—without disrupting the design flow.

If you have multiple locations and international guests, you need a system that can scale with your business. Multilingual support and a scalable structure ensure that new locations and languages can be easily added.
Your Project
For providers of serviced apartments, co-living concepts, and temporary housing, their own website is their main showcase—and also their most important booking tool. Guests looking for temporary accommodations research amenities, locations, and availability online and often decide based on their first impression whether a brand meets their needs. If the website seems cluttered or the booking process is cumbersome, potential guests will leave.
As a web designer and WordPress freelancer, I develop websites for serviced apartment brands and real estate projects that seamlessly combine design, functionality, and user experience. The booking process plays a central role in this: External booking systems can be customized to match the corporate design through custom CSS development, ensuring they blend seamlessly into the website—rather than appearing as a foreign module. Complemented by interactive pre-booking filters, prospective guests are guided directly to the apartments that best suit their needs.
A real-world example is the website for HAVENS LIVING, a brand specializing in high-end temporary housing. Over the course of several years, the site was continuously refined in close collaboration with the team and as part of the brand development process—including a customized external booking journey, interactive pre-selection filters, web design, multilingual support with WPML, Zendesk integration, and GDPR-compliant cookie management.
The result is a scalable, high-performance web system for multiple locations that brings the brand value to life digitally while meeting the highest technical standards. In addition, the website features a well-thought-out SEO strategy and ongoing technical support to ensure it remains reliable and visible over the long term.

The Path
1. Analysis of the concept, location, and guest segment. In our initial consultation, we’ll clarify your serviced apartment concept: a single boutique property or an apartment portfolio; short- or long-term stays; and locations and their advantages (location, transportation links, amenities). Who are your guests—business travelers, workation travelers, relocation guests, or long-stay families? Which booking platforms do you want to continue using, and where can you build up direct bookings as a supplement? This clarity shapes the entire web design.
2. A concept that blends hotel and residential living. You will receive an initial web design concept with sample pages for the homepage, apartment detail page, and booking process. Serviced apartment websites require a distinctive tone: hotel-like reliability, but with a homey atmosphere. The design has a high-quality, international feel and can be multilingual (German/English) upon request. First partial invoice will be issued upon approval.
3. Implementation using WordPress & Elementor Pro. Based on this concept, we create apartment listings with filters (location, size, length of stay), detail pages with photo galleries and amenities, a service overview, booking requests or direct booking options, and long-stay rates. If desired: channel manager integration, multilingual support via WPML, and a corporate login for business customers. GDPR-compliant and with training available upon request.
4. SEO, Security & Launch. Before Go-Live: Backups, Hacking Protection, Page Speed, and GDPR. SEO for “Serviced Apartments Berlin” plus location and length of stay—such as “Temporary Apartments Berlin” and “Long Stay Mitte”—will be implemented, and old URLs will be redirected. Structured data for accommodation snippets. You can manage updates, new apartments, or seasonal promotions yourself, or I can take care of them for you.

A simple, professionally designed website starts at €4,000 (net). Projects that include custom booking channel integration, multilingual support, filter logic, and technical SEO are more extensive and start at €6,400 net. Since such projects depend heavily on the specific scope of work, I would be happy to provide you with a detailed estimate—alternatively, I can bill you on an hourly basis.

For personalized legal advice, I recommend consulting a specialized attorney—I’ll reliably handle the technical implementation.
