A practice website that builds trust, appeals to children and adults alike, and makes scheduling appointments easy.
For orthodontists, their own website is a crucial first point of contact—especially for parents looking for the right practice for their child. People who Google “orthodontist” plus a city name often make a decision within seconds: If the practice looks professional and inviting, they’ll schedule an appointment. If it looks outdated, they’ll keep searching.
As a web designer and WordPress freelancer, I develop websites for orthodontic practices that combine professional credibility with a friendly, accessible design—built using Elementor Pro. Services for children, teens, and adults are clearly separated, and an FAQ section answers the most common questions upfront.
A real-world example is the website for Dr. med. habil. Paul Stüber’s orthodontic practice in Königs Wusterhausen. The result is a clear, user-friendly website with well-organized service pages, integrated Google Maps, and an FAQ section for patients’ most common questions.
Add to that the technical fundamentals: fast loading times, a clean page structure, GDPR-compliant forms, and targeted local search engine optimization —in collaboration with specialists like SEO Freundlich, if desired. This ensures your practice is found exactly where parents and patients are looking.
In addition to this sample web design, you'll find examples of work I've created in collaboration with clients, here.
A design that combines professionalism and friendliness—appealing to children, yet trustworthy for parents and adults. Built with WordPress and Elementor Pro.
Fixed braces, aligners, temporomandibular joint, billing—all services clearly explained, broken down by children/teens and adults.
Appointment systems are seamlessly integrated—parents and patients can book directly online, with Google Maps integration and clear directions included.
How long does orthodontic treatment take? Are there alternatives to braces? A well-organized FAQ section answers the most important questions and takes some of the pressure off the practice team.
So that people can find you when searching for “orthodontist + your city”—quickly and efficiently, using your Google Business Profile and optimized location pages.
Today, almost any website requirement can be met based on your needs and requirements. Just ask.
1. Analysis of practice, treatment spectrum & patients. During our initial consultation, we’ll clarify your orthodontic focuses: fixed braces, aligner therapy, treatment of children and adults, TMD, or functional diagnostics. Which patient groups do you want to reach — parents, young adults, self-payers for aligners? We’ll discuss your practice philosophy and how to differentiate yourself from other orthodontists in your region.
2. A concept between competence and warmth. You’ll receive an initial web design concept with sample pages for your services, the team, and appointment scheduling. Orthodontic websites require a special balance: professionally competent for adults, friendly and unobtrusive for children and teens. First partial invoice upon approval.
3. Implementation using WordPress & Elementor Pro. Based on the concept, we’ll create service pages (clearly separated for children and adults), a team presentation, an FAQ section, directions with a map and — if desired — online appointment booking with integration into your practice software. HWG-compliant texts and GDPR standards are a matter of course. Self-maintenance training upon request.
4. SEO, Security & Launch. Before go-live: backups, hacking protection, page speed optimization, and HWG compliance. Local SEO on “Kieferorthopäde Berlin” plus your district will be specifically implemented, and old URLs will be redirected. If needed, I’ll set up your Google Business Profile. Maintenance and updates run on an hourly basis or as a maintenance package.

Yes. Treatments for children, adolescents, and adults can be clearly distinguished—so both parents and adult patients can immediately find the information that is relevant to them.
Depending on the scope and availability of your content, you can expect the process to take 4 to 8 weeks from the initial consultation to the launch.
I ensure that all essential requirements are met: a complete legal notice in accordance with Section 5 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), a GDPR-compliant privacy policy, a cookie notice or consent banner if required, the integration of external services (Google Fonts, Maps, Analytics) in compliance with data protection regulations, and secure contact forms. For personalized legal advice, I recommend consulting a specialized attorney—I’ll reliably handle the technical implementation.
Yes. Popular scheduling systems can be integrated and seamlessly incorporated into your practice's design using custom CSS—resulting in fewer phone calls and more appointments booked online.
Yes. WordPress is set up so that you can update text, office hours, or news on your own. I'm still available to help with any major changes.
