My Premium Package starts at €149 net per month and also includes a time quota for small changes. Market rates typically range from €40 to €300 per month—the difference lies in whether updates are automated or, as in my case, performed manually with a prior backup and subsequent visual inspection. I will provide the exact price after a brief assessment.
Do I even need a maintenance contract?
Not necessarily. You can maintain small, non-critical websites yourself after receiving some training. However, once your website starts generating revenue or serves as your flagship, regular maintenance protects against costly downtime—and that’s when the package is worth it.
Is there a mandatory subscription or a long-term contract?
No. My maintenance service is optional and can be canceled at any time—it’s not a restrictive contract. You decide whether and for how long you want to use the service.
What is not included in the maintenance package?
This does not include cleaning up hacked websites, developing new features, or the hosting service itself. Maintenance starts even before that: Updates, hardening, and monitoring significantly reduce the risk of an attack. Which updates are performed and how often?
WordPress core, plugins, and theme—on a fixed 14-day schedule, each after a backup and with a visual check of the website to ensure no update causes damage. Critical security updates are also applied promptly as soon as they are released.
Can I handle small changes myself using AI?
Yes. Upon request, I can connect your website to an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT. You can then handle current appointments, new prices, or text corrections in your own words without waiting for the change quota. The AI works via its own account, which is only authorized to edit content—updates, backups, and security remain part of the maintenance. Both complement each other: maintenance keeps the technology stable, while the AI integration makes you independent regarding content.
Are content changes included?
The package includes a set amount of time for minor changes. I bill larger projects transparently at an hourly rate—as a maintenance customer, you’ll receive priority scheduling.
